Order Processing Time

• All orders are carefully packed and processed within 3 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive a separate notification when your order has been dispatched from our facility.

Order Tracking When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

Damages and Issues We package our glass spice jars with the utmost care. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please email us immediately at vratimasala@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
